Atrium180 provides scholarships to support educators and professionals who want to deepen their own contemplative practice and bring these tools into the environments they serve.

We support individuals who work with others in meaningful, ongoing ways. This includes:
-
Teachers and school staff
-
Counselors and mental health professionals
-
Coaches, mentors, and youth program leaders
-
Nonprofit and community leaders
-
Workplace and organizational leaders
If your work involves supporting the development, well-being, or growth of others, you may be a strong candidate.
What Scholarships Support
Scholarships are designed to help cover the cost of high-quality training and professional development in contemplative practices. This may include:
-
Teacher training programs
-
Workshops, certification courses, and other professional development opportunities
-
Retreats and immersive learning experiences
-
Other structured opportunities that deepen both personal practice and practical application
We are not tied to a single method or program. Our goal is to support thoughtful, well-trained practitioners who can apply these skills in real-world settings.
Why This Approach
We believe the most effective way to expand access to contemplative practice is by supporting the people already embedded in schools, organizations, and communities.
When an educator or leader develops a consistent practice, it naturally influences how they show up in their work. Over time, those shifts can reach many others, especially young people. This creates a multiplier effect:
-
A trained educator supports dozens or hundreds of students
-
A leader shapes the culture of a team or organization
-
Practices become part of everyday routines, not one-time experiences
What We Look For
We look for applicants who:
-
Are committed to developing their own contemplative practice
-
Have a clear connection to a school, organization, or community
-
Show interest in applying these practices in a practical, accessible way
-
Are open to sustained learning and integration over time
Prior experience is not required, but a genuine interest in the work is important.
