Who We Are
Atrium180 exists to make contemplative practice more accessible, practical, and part of everyday routines.
Modern life places constant demands on attention, energy, and emotional resilience. Practices like meditation, reflection, and mindful awareness offer a steady way to navigate that pressure. Our work focuses on helping individuals and the institutions that shape daily experience integrate these practices in evidence-based, realistic, sustainable ways.

A Letter from Atrium180’s Founders

Hello and welcome!
I’m Steve Baker, co-founder of Atrium180, along with my wife Vickie.
We created Atrium180 to share something that has deeply enriched our lives: a simple daily contemplative practice.
Over the years, we explored many paths to learning and growth: classes, workshops, retreats, therapy, books, and videos. Each one brought valuable insights. Yet we kept returning to the same quiet foundation: sitting in reflection, meditation, time in nature, prayer, journaling, creative visualization, or simply pausing to be fully present.
Contemplative practice doesn’t need to be complicated or time-consuming. Just small, consistent moments that gradually become an essential part of your day.
The benefits are often subtle but meaningful: a clearer mind, less reactivity, greater patience, and a steadier presence. These brief practices deliver remarkable returns, positively shaping how we think, respond, and relate to others.
We also noticed that when paired with contemplative practice, everything else we were learning stuck better and became easier to live out.
That’s why we started Atrium180: to make these simple, powerful practices more accessible so they can become part of everyday life—in our homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
Whether you call it meditation, mindfulness, reflection, or prayer, the heart of it is the same: to pause, notice, and respond with greater clarity and intention.
We’re glad you’re here.
— Steve and Vickie
