Programs Overview

Atrium180 supports contemplative practice by helping individuals experience it directly and equipping educators and organizations to bring it into everyday environments to support young people.

Whether you’re looking to build your own practice or introduce these tools into a school, workplace, or community setting, we're here to help you on your journey.

For Individuals

If you are curious about contemplative practice or looking for simple ways to build more clarity and steadiness into your day, our classes and workshops are a good place to begin.

These experiences are designed to be practical and approachable. You don’t need prior experience—just a willingness to try a few simple practices and see what works for you.

Through guided sessions and real-world tools, you’ll learn ways to pause, focus, and respond more intentionally in everyday situations.

For Educators & Organizations

If you work with students, teams, or communities, you’re in a position to make a broader impact.

We support educators and professionals who want to integrate contemplative practices into their work—especially in schools and youth-serving organizations, where these skills will have a lasting influence.

Through scholarships, training support, and partnerships, we help bring practical tools for attention, emotional regulation, and resilience into real-world settings.
